Wheelchair and baby stroller lending service (free)
Wheelchairs are made available at both the Ropeway Mountain Base station (5 available) and the Mountain Top station (1 available). Baby strollers are also available at the Ropeway Mountain Top station (2 available). Please ask the ticket office or the ropeway attendants for assistance.
*Unfortunately, due to winter weather conditions such as rough weather and heavy snowfall, it may be difficult to use wheelchairs or enjoy walking through the park. Please call ahead to check if weather conditions may allow for a pleasant trip. Thank you.
Riding the ropeway
Before the ticket gate of the Ropeway Mountain Base station there is a staircase with 20 steps. If using a wheelchair, please advise the entrance ticket sales booth. Staff will assist guests with advancing to the ticket gate. Additionally, because of potential obstructions in and around the gondola (such as the width of the door, etc.), we ask that guests use the park’s provided wheelchairs. For safety concerns, we also ask that at least one other person accompany the wheelchair user when riding the gondola.

Bear Park (around the area at the top of the mountain) offers free Wi-Fi to park guests. Enjoy coverage in most of the surrounding area including the Kuttara Lake observation deck.
